Contents: 1) An agreement between R.W. Elliston, as renter of the Theatre Royal, Birmingham, and James Benwell, 1818 (incomplete), and another between Elliston, as manager of Drury Lane, and John Cooper, October 26, 1820. 2) A statement agreeing on the payments to be given to the author of Shakespeare in love, February 4, 1824. 3) The cast list for Coriolanus, June 14, [1824]. 4) Two checks and two theatre tickets, 1816-1826, signed by Elliston.
